Do I need special permission to erect a For Sale

Our For Sale signs are manufactured with
the same materials, and to the same dimensions as all standard For
Sale signs. Therefore you will not need special permission. If in
doubt local authority planning laws should be consulted. Remember
that signs should not protrude beyond your property boundary.
Will it be easy to erect my For Sale
sign?
Yes, it will be very easy. Like most "For
Sale" signs, ours consist of one sheet of Correx plastic. You can
either erect the sign on a 2x2 timber post outside your home, or
position the sign in a window, or attach it to a wall, garage door
or fence. All the methods for fitting signs are outlined in our
detailed section on installation. The technique used will depend on
the type of property and the location.
What size is the For Sale sign?
The board
is 813 mm x 610 mm - 32 x 24 inches (approximately). This is the
standard size For Sale sign.
What is the For Sale sign made of?
It is
made of one sheet of 6 mm thick Correx extruded plastic which is
light weight and very durable, and is screen printed on both sides.

way.
Can I display my telephone number on the For Sale

Home telephone numbers may be displayed, but
serious enquirers will look up the details on the
mouse-move.com website to arrange viewing times. Only allow
viewing once you have verified the credentials of the prospective
buyer. It is not safe to allow passing strangers into your home to
