The property industry
has a dark side:
At night, you can't see which houses are for sale.
Until now.
An innovative product means that when sun goes down, your For
Sale sign is still in business.
ListingLight is a battery-operated light has been specially
designed to clamp onto For Sale and To Let signs, giving up to 150
extra hours of exposure per month for your property for sale.
ListingLight even has a built-in timer that turns the light on
at dusk and turns it back off after a few hours. In summer, the
three hours between sundown and bedtime is a time when people are
still on the move, returning from an evening out. In winter, this
period extends over five hours. Whereas before it would be
considered as 'downtime' for any For Sale board advertising, now it
means your property for sale will glow like a Christmas tree, even
on the darkest of nights.
Six C batteries will power the four LED lights (two on both
sides of the sign) for up to six to eight weeks, depending on
whether the 3-hour or 5-hour setting is used and installation is
easy. Using the special security tool and four screws (no drilling
is needed) you can have your board illuminated in less than five
minutes. It's also weather-and tamper-resistant, and reusable.
Priced under £50, ListingLight is well worth the money if it
means your house is sold because everybody else's boards are
practically invisible for 3-5 hours every evening.
